Personal wellness encompasses everything in your life - eating, exercise, relationships, work, rest, play, spirituality and all of the things you are passionate about. The aim of wellness coaching is to bring all aspects of your life into balance and ensure that everything is functioning optimally. You may want to exercise more or eat more healthy foods. Perhaps you want to manage stress better and have more time for your passions. Maybe you want to find work that satisfies you. Or bring more supportive relationships into your life. Wellness coaching provides structure and support to help you make whatever changes you desire!
COACHING PLANS/RATES
Wellness coaching typically works best in a twelve-week format, including two one-hour sessions and 10 half-hour sessions. The first session includes creating a compelling vision of where you want to be in 12 weeks and the following sessions work towards reaching that vision.
Coaching appointments are conducted over the phone or by video.
